A letter from the "disruptors"

To: MIGOP, Malinda Pego, Stu Foster

CC: State Committee Members and Secretary of the 1st Congressional District Republican Committee,

BCC: MRP State Committee Members, County GOP Chairs, RNC, Various Press

I am deeply concerned over the lack of transparency, communication and fairness from the current Michigan Republican Party leadership and staff.

Myself and many other Republican chairs across the state have reported that MRP is refusing to provide basic information and documents that we are entitled to.

Considering all the accusations towards Kristina Karamo about her leadership, and the horrific losing record of this recycled staff from the Weiser administration, this party should be demonstrating by action a high standard of leadership to regain trust and unity in our party.

Over the past 2 months, the Hoekstra team has not provided all state committee members a copy of the January 6th and January 20th meeting minutes.

The 1st District Secretary and Chairs of the various 1st District County GOP's have been ignored when they asked to receive a copy of the names of the delegates credentialed to vote at the Grand Rapids District Convention. Delegates are elected officials and have a duty as representatives of their precinct. "Doxing" is not an excuse.

The 1st District members of State Committee still have not been told who was seated as their proxy at the 6th and 20th meetings by the former 1st District Chair Sue Allor without their consent.

The Hoekstra administration is also refusing to recognize the autonomy of our District Committee and our vote to remove Sue Allor as chair. It is time for MRP to recognize our representative to the MRP seat designated for the Chair of the District Committee, as the RNC is supposed to do for the State Party Chair.

It's disturbing that only a select group of State Committee members received the meeting notice for March 2nd. No agenda, no copy of the proposed amendments to the Binding Resolution. Those in attendance witnessed Pego gavel over members attempting to be heard. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's also disturbing that the Hoekstra team were able to revoke the Treasurer's access to the FEC filing website Aristotle and remove her from all bank accounts. Jennifer Staderfer is still the Treasurer, and Angela Gillessie is still the Secretary. Neither were removed from State Committee or their responsibilities.

Over and over, the Hoekstra administration has skewed the bylaws to their favor and ignored the rules when it does not favor their agenda.

They have disenfranchised over half of the delegates in our Congressional District by refusing to recognize credentials properly sent to the only Secretary of MRP.

They have demonstrated the same actions that Karamo was accused of. It's becoming evident to me and many others that the Hoekstra/Pego administration has no intention of including all district, counties and delegates in their communications and efforts to carry out the mission of the MRP.

On behalf of the hundreds of Republican leaders and delegates being ignored by the Hoekstra administration, I DEMAND that the Hoekstra administration provide all of these documents and information, and stop this authoritarian behavior.

Sincerely,

Daire Rendon

1st Congressional District Republican Chair
